Ultra High Net Worth 2011, Volume 3 - Relationships with Advisors

 

Ultra High Net Worth Investors, those with $5 million to $25 million of net worth, not including their primary residence, are very satisfied with their advisors. Relying primarily on Full Service Brokers as their advisor of choice, their satisfaction levels have climbed along with their loyalty and their willingness to refer their advisors to their friends and family. But not everything is rosy with these important investors. Less than a quarter find the newsletters created by their advisors to be worthwhile and even access to firm management is only excellent for slightly more than half.
 
This report, fielded in the fall of 2011 with over 400 UHNW investors, will help advisory firms to determine how to more effectively service these important investors.
