Nearly one-third (30%) of the affluent cite high-quality advice as their number one expectation of advisors. Slightly more than one-fourth (26%) expect advisors to be honest and trustworthy.

Investment performance ranks third among the expectations of affluent individuals (16%), followed by superior levels of service (11%), communication (6%), responsiveness (6%) and security (1%).
